The purpose of this website is to explain what SEQ Legal does, and provide background information relating to our business.

Legal services

We draft and negotiate contracts and other legal documents. We also provide legal advice, trade-mark related services, and representation in domain name disputes. We have particular expertise in the laws relating to the internet, information technology, intellectual property, publishing, media and commerce generally.

Legal templates

We also supply downloadable legal templates.

Legal templates are now widely available on the internet. They are useful in a number of situations: where the deal or other matter to be documented is straightforward and has no unusual features; where the costs of engaging a professional to prepare legal documents would be prohibitive; and/or where the customer has contract drafting skills and experience.

We supply the templates through a number of different subject-specific websites (again, listed to the left).
